"798", Dashanzi & Impulse - The essence of I'mPulse, the exchange programme organised by the Asia Europe Foundation (ASEF), was held in Dashanzi, in an area knwon as "798" (which is really the area code), in the Chao Yang district of Beijing. Here I'll take you through "798", the cultural exchange proramme and the DJ sessions. |

India - Mumbai
|
December 2002 - Most shots were taken in the Khar precint and a few in South Mumbai. This is one trip I'll never forget as I was infected with typhoid during this visit. A deadly and painful disease but I was fortunate that my physician at the time was suspicious enough to run tests she normally woud not for someone complaining of a fever and tummy aches. Why am I talking about salmonella? Enjoy the pics! |

Indonesia - Bali
|
December 2006 A lot of folks tend to head to KUTA or NUSA DUA when in Bali. There's a lot to Bali...a whole lot more. I spent 2 weeks here as I had a number of DJ sets through the 2nd half of December '06. I stayed in SEMINYAK, and I will stay there again. It's way much better (that's my opinion) than KUTA or NUSA DUA as it's cheaper, perfect for the budget traveler, and really convenient with the many convenient stores and supermarkets.
The pictures here document my experience in SEMINYAK, my bike ride to KINTAMANI through UBUD, the wonderful people who made this trip possible, and I met.

Singapore

April 2004 - These are some random shots of my hometown. Badly organised as I wasn't prepared (well enough at least) in terms of readying myself for this website. As you view these images and the others with different dates you'll see some repetition. I do this (repeat photo taking) to capture the changes in time.
